Initial Consultation
(1-hour): $400
Want to dig in more? This packed, one-hour meeting is to fine-tune your project scope, identify timelines, conduct a user needs assessment, gather client background information, and identify inspirations and goals.
Conversely, you may just want to have a focused question/answer design session so you can create your beautiful surroundings on your own. In-person or virtual.
The Interior Design Coach

In-Person Shopping ExperiencE
(2-hours): $1,600
Many times, it can be daunting to select furniture, accessories, lighting, artwork, and other items for your home. Relying solely on salespersons can elevate your stressful decision-making process. With a detailed space plan, materials board, and an understanding of the client’s overall vision, Lori will help make your shopping experience seamless and effective. Designer trade discounts and expedited delivery may be available on some products. Currently available in the Phoenix-Scottsdale area, only.

Background/Research
- Inventory of existing furniture/fixtures/accessories to be included in the project
- Summary of client goals and vision
- Summary of client needs/wants, scope of services, timeline
Concept Development
- Vision/Materials Board
- Conceptual floor plan of proposed space (general layout)
Schematic Development
- Schematic floor plan (room, rooms, entire home)
- Art placement general plan
- Proposed furniture/fixtures/accessories list with links
Design Implementation
- Design specifications (detailed floor plan with product specifications)
- Art installation (existing artwork and/or new) in client’s space
- Project coordination of furniture, fixture, and accessories placement
