PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

No Refunds/ All Sales Final

All sales from our website are final, and no returns or refunds are offered unless an exception is indicated in the below policy.

1 No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for products ordered on our site once they have been shipped and delivered, except in cases where the product is broken, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
  1. Exception for Broken, Damaged, or Defective Goods: If you receive a product that is broken, damaged, or defective, please contact our customer service team within three (3) days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product, and communication must be received within three (3) days of delivery.  
  1. Return Shipping: In cases where we authorize a return for a broken, damaged, or defective product, we will provide instructions for returning the item. The cost of return shipping for these cases will be covered by us.
  1. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within ten (10) business days.
  1. Non-Receipt of Items: If you have not received your ordered item within the specified delivery time frame, please contact us, and we will investigate the matter. Refunds for non-receipt of items will be issued on a case-by-case basis.
  1. Cancellations: We do not accept order cancellations once the order has been fulfilled. If you have made an order by mistake, please contact us immediately. Once the order is fulfilled, the sale is final. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Once you have completed a purchase from our site, the sale is considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason, except where prohibited by law due to the fact that once you receive the digital product, you receive all benefit of it, which cannot be effectually “returned”. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider for a purchase of our digital products, we reserve the right to suspend your access to our products and may pursue legal action to recover any losses incurred as a result of the chargeback or dispute.
